Me and my wife have lived in an apartment they run for 3 yrs. We're moving out of state and applied for apartments in the new state. We were denied due to an eviction in '07 that never happened. Do not rent from any property ran by these people. The office staff is changed more than a new borns' diaper. When we asked for the paper work to prove we were evicted they couldn't produce any. Then when we asked for paper work to prove we weren't evicted it was the same response. Needless to say we have a huge lawsuit against them.‎

you are not allowed to get out of the lease even if you lose your job! sorry, they do not help you and they care only about money! also, they will not allow you to sublease the apartment to anybody! this is not written on the lease, it is their hidden "policies".---you will never figure out how many hidden policy they have. In short, they will do all to trouble you.‎
