Long wait; did not see the doctor‎

I had a knee injury and granted it was not life threatening; my wife and I walked in and waited in the lobby for a good 45 minutes. We were placed in a room and waited inside for another 45 minutes. I actually came out of the room to ask what was taking so long - they said that there were 4 more people in front of me (I didn't even see that many people in the lobby in front of me...) I decided to leave because they just kept me waiting way too long. They need additional doctors and/or better service. I would go somewhere else if your insurance allows.‎

Bad service. read if you care

I took my mother in as a walk in when she was having major chest pain. They never saw us at all; instead they took us in and out us in a room and waited for two hours and 32 minutes without seeing a doctor. I walked out of there straight to the ER and thank God my mother did not die. They have the most horrific and terrible service. Another time, they try to draw blood from my mother's arm; they were unsuccessful. We walked out for burses on her arm and hands. Then I remembered that the person who tried to draw the blood never sanitized the area prior sticking the needle in my mother's arm.‎
