Industrial, Sloppy, and Dishonest‎
If eye care were dining, this place would be McDonald's: It's busy, designed for throughput, and the service sucks. Right off the bat, the doctor misread my sheet and thought I came for glasses instead of contacts, so he dilated my eyes (which he would otherwise have not done), making it difficult to focus and impossible to tell if the trial pair of contacts were working with my eyes. If you schedule an appointment and arrive 5-10 minutes early, expect to wait 30-60 minutes just sitting there. I went through a couple trial pairs that weren't focusing properly. One of the pair was damaged, but the doctor felt confident they were the ones and pressured their sale at the same time he gave me an undamaged trial pair. No big deal, right? I can just return the contacts if they don't work, right?
