The way I was treated by the Dr. was bad enough. He was rude and not interested in my problems. What was worse is that he wouldn't release any of my records to another Dr.. When I called to complain that he was holding my records hostage, he hung up on me!!

I needed to by my contact lenses from another doctor because of my insurance. This guy wouldnt give my new doctor the prescription. His staff kept telling me that that I should get my contacts here. When I called the Dr. he hung up on me. This man has no respect for you. He just wants your money!!!!!!!!!

I've been to many Dr.s over the years, but I've never been treated as poorly as I have at Vision World. The Dr. made me feel unimportant. He even hung up on me when I asked him to transfer my prescription to another Dr.'s office. Aviod this office!!
