Whitney at Visible Changes gives the best haircuts!!! She listens to you and does exactly what you want! I recommend everyone to go see her!

I have been going to Destiny for almost a year. She is the best stylist I have ever been to. A friend used her and recommended her to me. I absolutely LOVE what she does with my hair and after the first cut I got from her I knew I had found my stylist. She is professional and very knowledgable. She gave me easy, practical styling tips - no stylist has ever done that in the past. I leave with gorgeous hair and no know-how to do it on my own at home. Not with Destiny - she takes the time to explain what she is doing with your hair and what will work best with your hair type. After seeing her a few times she knows how my hair grows and cuts is accordingly.

Destiny gives great styling tips and product tips as well. She suggests & explains products without being too pushy and aggressive about you buying them - and the best part is that all of the suggested products that I have bought did exactly what she said they would do and I use them. Pushy sales makes me want to leave and not come back. Destiny has the best customer service.

She also cuts my daughter's hair who is 7. My hair is pretty fine and straight, but my daughter's is long, & curly. She gives her a great cut also. She can cut all types of hair with all kinds of new, modern styles. Before taking my daughter to Destiny, she never wanted to get her hair cut. Now she wants to go back before we even need to.

I absolutely recommend Destiny at Visible Changes - The Woodlands Mall location. I looked at some of the other reviews for Destiny and they are right on with her great service, professionalism, and sweet personality. If you are looking for an all around great stylist...call and make an appointment with Destiny.

I went to this place because I had an accident with a home color kit and wanted to get it fixed. They explained that they would strip it but that it would be harsh on my hair. I trusted them since they are "professionals" and I ended up with orange-ish hair after they put the color on and splotchy highlights. When I went to get THEIR mistake corrected at another VC salon, the girl told me that the colorist was extremely sloppy and let the highlights run, not paying attention to the foils or the time. THEN when I got it cut, it was ragged and uneven. SOOO embarrassing!! What's the deal with an extra charge for drying hair anyway!!?? I saw this mentioned several times on this board. Also, the girls are sooo unprofessional and constantly bickered about several fellow employees as well as discuss innapropriate topics which highly offended me!! When I asked to talk to the manager, they told me she was unavailable but I saw her standing with another employee 20 ft away laughing and joking around!! I knew she was the manager because the stylist was complaining about her to me and pointed her out to me!! This place is a mess and I will never go back!!! The Woodlands' Visible Changes is awful and I wish I read the bad reports on this website before I went there!!!

I have been a client of Visible Changes for 8 years and have always been extremely happy with my experiences until after a recent move, I decided to try out Visible Changes in The Woodlands Mall. I have NEVER felt so taken advantage of, embarrassed, and completely at a loss for words regarding their horrible service, aggressive sales tactics, awful management, and lack of professionalism. At first, they checked me in as the wrong client - resulting in them washing my hair which is a no-no since I was getting highlights. My colorist did a fantastic job with my color even though she was extremely pushy with trying to upsell products. My biggest issue with the colorist is that she did an extra color treatment on my hair WITHOUT informing me that there was an additional charge of $20 for it - she led me to believe that it was in conjunction with the highlight treatment. She didn't even dry my hair!! I ended up walking up to the counter with wet hair and was met with a rude voice exclaiming that my bill was $146! No way, no how, NO!! I did NOT get $146 worth of highlights! Like I said, the colorist put a $20 treatment in my hair which the manager did refund with as little professionalism as possible. I still don't understand why my bill was $126 when highlights were $70. And why in the world would they feel that I owe them $146 when they wouldn't even DRY MY HAIR?! I asked to speak with the manager, Bonnie, and I told her that I wanted a refund for the treatment I wasn't even aware of and all the unexplained extras. She was incredibly rude and never told me what the additional costs were BUT she did tell me that if she gave me a refund that I could NEVER come back to Visible Changes!! I informed Bonnie that I would be writing a letter to her corporate office so they are aware of how their staff forces products and treatments on people, expecting them to pay and how poorly management run the salon. I didn't gripe about the initial mix up, I didn't gripe about my wet hair, I didn't gripe about anything until I received the unexplained bill and was treated so horribly. It was extremely embarrassing and I will NEVER visit a Visible Changes again - I never received the refund I was entitled to and believe me, I made sure my family and friends are aware of their deceiving tricks to stick people with their overpriced garbage hair products and rude, unprofessional employees and management. It really is a shame that they do not care about their loyal clients... my husband, my mother, aunts, sister, and a few friends are clients as well and not only did they lose me but they lost them too. I've never been treated so cruelly in my life and I'm appauled at their lack of appreciation for a client of 8 years. Shame on Bonnie (manager) and shame on Shiloh (the colorist). What ever happened to integrity and business ethics? This place has absolutely none. Watch out people, they rip you off and add products to your ticket, they put treatments in your hair whenever they get the chance without informing you there is a charge, and they are incredibly rude to you if you call them on their sneaky tactics. Also, the front desk girls are atrocious. Attitudes galore!! DON'T GO HERE!! Visible Changes in The Woodlands does NOT care about their individual clients... you're just an easy target they think they can get away with forcing their products and extra services on!! They are not about quality, care, or ethics... only MONEY MONEY MONEY!

I have been to different visible changes locations but the woodlands location has pleasant employees. My hair stylist, Suzie was wonderful and did an awesome job. I will be going back to his location from now on.
