The resort is adjacent to the Trumbull Lake Campground and on Virginia Lake. There are at least five other lakes which you can fish at all within hiking distance. At the resort, one can to eat at the lodge , stock up on a missing grocery item, get more fishing supplies or check up on the latest news and the staff aim to please. There are 20 cabins, some with views of Little Virginia Lake and some on Virginia Creek. The cabins can accommodate from as few as 2 up to 12. Check out the website as there are lots of rules and they do not accept credit cards. But even so, it is so totally worth it.
