I was 100% satisfied with the customer service I received while getting my oil change done at VIP Lube. I was not pressured into buying anything that I did not ask for. The technician that worked on my vehicle was very polite and thorough. The waiting room was very clean...in fact the entire shop was the cleanest I have ever seen at a quick lube. Being a dog owner I enjoyed the materials educating people about the horrors of puppymills. The owners of this business are involved in animal welfare work. They told me VIP stands for Very Important People or Very Important Pets. I do recommend VIP Lube to my family and friends and will continue to have my oil changes done there.
