I have rented from both the Crabtree location and from the location off of S. Wilmington St. Both locations have a staff that are super friendly and very helpful. They are knowledgeable in what they rent and sale. If they can't get what you need they will suggest where you can find it at. My fiancee went there to get our tuxedos and would refer all of our friends. We had some out of town groomsmen who couldn't get here until the night before the wedding and they worked with us to get everything straightened out before the event. They helped us pick out colors that matched my bridesmaids dresses. Both the S. Wilmington St and Crabtree location undressed and redressed the displays to show us what our tuxedos would look like. They allowed my fiancee to do a groom try on to make sure that what we picked out was what we wanted before we committed and signed any paperwork. I would definitely refer someone to their locations. They were super helpful and great prices. Nothing is over priced for the quality and service that we received.

I would not recommended this place. I ordered from the one at Crabtree and the item was not there as promised (I even called prior to going out there and they said it was in). But when I got there they could not find it. The employee was not friendly and said "whatever I'll give you your money back". Well it's a bit late for that since the event is in two days and to go any where else is a rush job and would cost extra money. I had to go back again to pick up the item. While I was there the second time someone else was having the same problem and would also need to make another trip back in the morning. Needless to say she was not happy either.
