I moved out of the complex an year back and at that time cleared all my dues. a year after I moved out, I received a call from the collection agency warning me to pay an insanely high amount I didn't owe and threatening a credit liability report in case I didn't. Turns out the apartment never got their records straight. When the whole thing cleared up (after numerous phone calls and stress) I didn't even get an apology from the apartment. On top of it people I spoke to both at the corporate office and the complex were plain rude and shouted at me every time i made a follow up call. I hate the unprofessional behavior of these people and would advice every self -respecting person to stay away from this place.‎

This is a wonderful place to live. It's beautiful inside and out. Maintence is wonderful if you need them and the office staff is very professional but not stuffy. Problems are addressed immediately. The only issues that we have incountered is that the alternative parking spaces are very small and there are people here with very long trucks that stick out and prevent 2 vehicles from passing by each other.‎

I had to hire an attorney to to get my deposit back. Apart from that, this is good apartment and the management is very professional and polite when you live there. ...

I am a brand new resident to this property. After scouring the West and Southwest portions of the city (dozens of site visits and property tours) over the past few weeks - I decided to make Village on Memorial my new home. ...
