I have lived at Torrey Ridge for 2 years now and I love it. I have watched this place go through changes for the better. The newest manager is awesome, and always makes sure I am taken care of. She knew my name and I didn't even know who she was. My favorite person is Fred the maintenance man. He is always happy and smiling and asking how I am doing. I have read other opinions on the review boards and I think those people are just mad because they did not get thier way with something. I remember when the old manager didn't charge late fees until after the 5th and the new manager started making everyone pay when the lease says they should. I think, you signed the contract and you have to live by it. I have referred all my friends and family to live here and most of them do. I would recommend this place to anyone. You will have issues with any place you live the difference is how they handle it and I think they are great and make sure you are taken care of the best they can.

This is a horrible place to live! They Apartments may look nice but don't fall for it. The staff doesn't care about anyone, they are rude and uncaring. They do not want to fix things the correct way, they try to patch them. I kept having problems with my front door not locking or not unlocking and they kept trying to fix it when the whole door just needed to be replaced. I actually couldn't leave my house for hours once time waiting for someone to come to fix it.They security they hire is a joke and not helpful at all. Your neighbors will leave alot to be desired. We saw the police almost everyday ( and night) There were times I was scared to leave the house and one time I hid in my closet!Find another place to live!
