I had a very good experience at Village Cleaners on Ortega Hwy. I went there because it's in a covenient location (and right next to Starbucks and Bofa ATM), and have been pleased with the quality, service, and the owner (who is very friendly and accommodating). They noticed some loose buttons on my shirt and sewed them for free. They also do alterations I think.
