When there are so many other travel agents who'd be happy to help you, why deal with a company like Village Cruise and Travel? Our personal experience, from asking for help in selecting a tour, to requesting a price quote, was a ridiculous hassle. Unless you give them personal information, they're not interested in helping you. Furthermore, parking is a hassle at this strip mall, and the staff is rude. Enough reasons for us to go elsewhere.
