In response to Argyle7, the managment at Vig 27 would like to apologize for any inconveneince you may have encountered at our establishment. We pride ourselves in running an honest business and strive to provide all of our guests with a fun and first class experience. It is our general practice to return all phone calls promptly and to resolve any erroneous charges in a swift fashion. In your particular case your card was indeed accidentally swiped more than it should have been but the erroneous charges were immediately voided as the error was discovered right away. Unfortunately as is often the case online and tele-statements do not immediatley reflect a charge that has been voided from your account, typically this takes 2-3 business days. I'm sure that by now your statement reflectst he refund to your account. Again we apologize for any panic this may have caused. I hope that at some point we did in fact speak as we would hate you to continue to go on with a bad taste in your mouth. If we have not please call the venue and ask to speak with the General Manager, Jordan. We'd love to try and find a way to make things right.
