The worst customer service ever! Upon calling 3 times to confirm my rental was being held, by the time I got there 30 mins later they rented it and basically said oh well someone else rented it how is that our fault? Utter stupidity!! Maybe they should invest some time and look into hiring someone who actually has a little common sense and is able to retain the information.

This video store has a great selection of movies and they always have what I want in stock. The prices are great too. Most movies are 5 day rentals but new movies are a day! You can also do Lotto here, what a bonus!
