Video Cafe is a neighborhood oasis from the impersonal world of online video rentals. Unlike a previous reviewer, who must have arrived at Saturday night rush hour, or in a bad mood, I, and all my friends in the neighborhood, have had great experiences with Video Cafe. They are knowledgeable and helpful in finding or suggesting good videos. They know my whole family by name and preferences, and always let my son know what new superhero cartoons have come in. They have a huge and sophisticated inventory for a neighborhood video store- often carrying titles Blockbuster doesn't have, or doesn't consider commercially mainstream enough- and they stock plenty of hot new releases, so we rarely have to wait. Angel, the owner, has often ordered titles I have suggested. AND they will deliver and pickup at our door until 9 PM, usually within 1/2 hour. Try THAT with snailmail Netflix!
