This place is great. One night movie rentals=exactly what I want. Stupid blockbuster want's to charge me $6 for renting a movie for 1 week when i just wanted it for day...no wonder their going out of business. This place is great for days/nights when you just want to relax and watch a movie with the loved ones/friends or strangers.

Who really needs movies for a week anyways? I'd personally rather pay a dollar and have a movie for a night. I don't usually rent movies and then leave it around for a couple of nights before watching it. I know some people like to rewatch it etc. but even if you don't return it right away, it's only another dollar for another night. So Video 1 dollar is definitely my kind of place. THey have a great selection as well and friendly service!
