Stopped by to watch a game on the recommendation of some friends. I'm not from Chicago but when I do go there this is now the place I will go. The TV's WOW! The staff was great the bar tender was awsome and very cute. She was talkative, but not overly so. The owner was there and stopped to ask how what we thought of the place and chatted for a minute then bought us a drink. The Crowed was good and very upbeat and friendly. Several time people bought us drinks and we returned the favor. We went just to watch a game and end up stay till closing time. If there was a place with this atmosphere, staff, and TV's near were I live I would be in trouble, I wouldn't be able to stay away. If you visit Chicago go to Victory Liquor. If you live in Chicago go again and again it is worth it.

great atmosphere with tons of big screen TV's. Or if that's not your thing I would recommend the couches and projection screen in the back. Bathrooms were clean, which I can't say for most sports bars. Only problem was only food was free pizzas (not a huge problem...free=good), but menu was supposedly coming soon. Overall great place.

this place used to be Corner Pocket, but they've removed the pool tables, installed a 2nd bar in the back and has a nice looking crowd on the weekends. I'd recommend you try this one out.

Victory is a really nice bar inside - don't be fooled by the typical sportsbar facade. The place is really clean, has plasma screens all over, tons of sitting area, polite staff and great drink specials.
