This is the place where Dirty Bingo started and it is SO MUCH FUN! Not only the same night when they have pitchers of beer for $4 and 25 cent wings, but hours of hysterical fun. The host is kinda like a Cheslea Handler type. I will admit, this is the main reason I go to the bar - Dirty Bingo. The food is good and the drinks are not too pricey. A full night of entertainment, food and drink for all less than a movie...sign me up!

I love this place! Music is good, crowd is fun and the staff is awesome, bartenders are super cool!! HIGHLY RECCOMEND VICTORY!

Horrible bar. They only thing they had going for them was that they had alcholol. Went there on a Friday night for my brother's birthday. Music was WAY to loud and the bouncers were huge meatheads. They treated the place as if it was there's to hang out and the customers were a nusiance. Why go UFC on your paying customers? To prove the HGH really works? The whole party was thouroughly unimpressed with the bar, music, and over-inflated bouncers. I'll never go back.

Victory Liquors is a poor excuse for a "ND" bar. The service is totally unacceptable. The food is average. The bouncers have poor attitudes (especially one named "Matt"). If you are looking for a good place to watch ND games (or just have fun) then I suggest that you instead try McDunna's Bar and Grill at 1505 W. Fullerton Ave. The food is great, the staff is friendly, and the food is much better!

Victory Liquors needs to make some staff changes or it will not last long. There are just too many other great places to eat/drink in Chicago. Until they get it together, I suggest that you go elsewhere.

This may be one of the worst bar experiences I have ever had. The bar was half full, yet they insisted on maintaining a line outside. It was as if they read a "Studio 54" book and only learned that to create an image of "cool" it is best to have a line even if the bar is not full. However, to be successful at this, one should not have windows in the front that show everyone in line that the place is empty. Truly amateur hour on the part of management. The staff is friendly, but everything else is a complete joke.
