I want to say that Nicole is the best one here. I spoke with about 4 girls that could not help me or I should say refused to help me get my order in 2 days for a game and when I spoke with Nicole, she went down to the warehouse to get my order shipped the same day I ordered it. She heard my delema and helped me. I want to thank her. I love the quality of the items you have and I almost was about to look elsewhere to buy all my cheer needs.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The staff members are unprofessional teenagers. My uniforms came 2 weeks late and when they did arrive, they were the wrong ones. Omni was horrbile about fixing the problem and didn't even apologize for the mistake. Staff told me they were not allowed to give me the owner name and passed me on to the CEO's secretary who sounded nothing like someone a president would hire. She must be very good at paperwork because she was horrible at customer service I will NEVER use them again. They do not care about their product.

I use this company for our youth and high school cheer squads. Have spent probably $20,000 over the years. Mainly because the cost. 2 years ago they messed up on an order and I had to pay out of my pocket for the return. Even after talking to the "owner" they would not make any exceptions. Because I had to have my items by the next game I went on and returned the items telling myself I would not use them again. My recent problem that I had was an order that I place for the high school. When I called the rep said I would have to send over a PO and they could not send me an estimate. For weeks after faxing the PO 3-4 times they still couldnt find the PO. Which delayed us getting our middrift which we needed 4 weeks ago!! It finally appeared 10/9 and they said it would be shipped Monday the next week. When receiving it on Friday 10/16 (Our Homecoming) they were MAROON not Navy. They shipped the wrong color!!! So I called them Friday and (stupid me didnt get a name) was told that they would email me a return form and I had to go to FEDEX and return it. Once I had the tracking number I could call back and they would ship the correct order next day. OK so I thought that everything was ok. Got to my email on Monday and NO FORM!! So I called back and had someone to send it back to me. After going to FEDEX today and calling this company back they can not get me my order until Friday -- No exceptions they will not send it next day I will have to wait. Our game is Thursday!! The lady I spoke to Friday didnt make notes (so they said) about our conversation. No need to talk to the manager or owner because he is a butt himself.
So anyways now I am waiting to see if I get my middrifts on Friday. --- I will not use this company even if their prices are a few $ cheaper!!!! They should at least make good on their mistakes!!!!!!!!! I would give them a rating of 0!!!!

This is the second year in a row that I have had a bad expierence with this company. Last year when I finally recieved the order, a pair of shoes was missing. The packing slip showed it was included, so it was my word against theirs. They ended up having to recreate the box to weigh it and see if it matched the outgoing order. This took weeks and weeks of me calling to only get a machine and then noone would return my calls. I finally did recieve the shoe but our season had already begun. This year, against my better judgment, I ordered for the squad again. We needed our merchandise quickly so we upgraded shipping to 3 day air as stated in the catalog. DO NOT DO THIS!!! This is false advertisment, as 3 day is really more like 7 day. They tried to tell me my area did not have 3 day but only 2 day and with an upcharge. When I questioned that, the lady put me on hold and then said, "Oh, your right we can do that." Then they tried to charge me more for this service, double. Thank goodness I caught that! When I recieved the order one pair of shoes was the wrong ones. They insisted I drive 30 miles each way to ship them back at my expense via FedEx. I refused and told them I would ship them when I recieved a prepayed USPS shipping lable. Of course I was told that they could not do this and that I had to pay to return them and also get insurance on them. Our school Superintendent is now handling the situation.

I ordered the Chasse cheerleading warm-ups and uniforms from omni cheer and we were ecstatic at how cute they were! I thought VIctory Team Apparel's customer service was excellent - they answered their phones promptly and were totally helpful with help in customizing the uniforms. We received everything we ordered in no time and everything was just right -- including all of the names, styles and embroidery. From now on I think I will always use this company to order our team's cheer outfits. Their prices are amazing, the fit of the outfits is very flattering for most shapes and the service is great!
