i know they want to you buy their stuff at regular price but when I ask you when the coming up semi-annual sale starts don't tell me you don't know because yes, you do. For this reason alone I won't buy from this store again. I would rather mail order the items I need (in my case the shampoo/conditioners). If she had been helpful to me and honest I would have continued to shop there.
