One of my guilty pleasures is to go to Thrift Stores, Garage Sales and Swapmeets; you can find great treasures and the hunt is always fun. From all the places in San Diego, this is the best thrift shop I've been to. Of course, you need to come with patience and go through the whole store, plan to spend a couple of hours and you will not be disappointed. The items are well organized by type of clothing so if you need a short sleeve shirt, a t-shirt or a dress, they will be in separate racks.

So far I haven't been impressed with the book collection, but I've gotten amazing clothes, some brand new with tags on them. I think the best is a Neiman Marcus cashmere sweater, also BCBG black patent pump, boots, jackets and at great prices.

The only drawback I find is that there are no changing rooms and no refunds, so you have to either guess at how the clothes will fit you or try them on top of your clothing. Because of that, I've had some misses, but I spent only a couple of dollars on the items so I normally donate them back.

I love thrift stores for many reasons.. cheap clothing and you probably won't find that particular clothing any place else. The only time you'll be disappointed is if you fall in love with something that doesn't come in your size because that's the only one of its kind. Other than that, the prices are unbelievably CHEAP. I'm talking $.65 shirts and $2 pants. I once found a brand new Marc Jacobs shirt for $1.65 and Marc Jacobs is one of those expensive designer brands. You'll find good steals here. Its a thrift store so its bound to be unorganized but you'll come out happy that you spent less than $10 for a whole new closet. They aren't open on Sundays which sucks but it doesn't matter because I'll come back on the weekdays anyway. This place is great for those who love to shop at thrift stores.
