Laura is awesome. I know her via Twitter because she does pretty much all of the business cards, printing and graphics for almost every mom blogger I know. Here's all you have to do: give her your details, your logo (or she can make you one) a little about what you want, and she'll take care of the rest. I would also feel comfortable giving her creative license to develop something awesome. It's pretty much whatever your comfortable with. I emailed her everything, approved a proof and it was printed within a few days. Since I was in a hurry (having done all this last minute), I went to her office to grab them. She'll ship to you too though. Laura is very easy to work with.

Prices are very reasonable, her office has plenty of parking space and is easy to get to. I printed what feels like a gazillion business cards for the price below. It was promo pricing for 1000 cards.
