Vernazza Painting did a wonderful paint job on our home. We appreciate the time Jim spent consulting with us on color and finish. Our house had been the same color for more than 40 years and we were ready for change. Jim came back to our home personally after the job was finished and checked for details we had failed to notice.

We've had many comments from friends and neighbors about how much they like the new look. A couple of neighbors have come to the door and asked us about Vernazza Painting and the color we had chosen. I was very surprised today when the FEDEX man waited until I came to the door so he could get the information.

I’ve used Vernazza Painting Company to paint the exterior of my condo complex, I’m an owner, (with a hard-to-satisfy HOA, whose isn’t?) and had them paint the exterior on my house and do both my interiors. I found James Vernazza and his crew professional, responsive and courteous. They arrived on time and fully informed me of plants that had to be moved from the side of the house, how long the job would take, etc.
A few spots where I had decaying siding and other issues were quickly addressed with solid professional consultation and good advice (later confirmed by a licensed contractor!) which was much more than I expected from my painting contractor.
I didn’t have issues of over-spray or getting paint all over the place. Any minor issues I had were quickly dealt with at the final walk through with James. These guys knocked out an interior with trim in a few days which would have taken my wife and me a couple of weeks! With the demands of my life style, that’s money well spent.
These guys do solid, professional work with good materials and a professional attitude.

I recently needed one of my apt. buildings painted and called a few painters to get estimates. This company was one of them, and though I try to boycott any company that has incredibly annoying t.v. ads (have you seen them? so bad!) I called this one for an estimate. What a joke! I'm waiting at the apt. building and 45 minutes after we agreed to meet, a red convertible comes speeding into the parking lot, with it's top down, and blasting music. I think, "no way can this be the joker I've been waisting my time waiting for"? The guy sits in his car for a few seconds, music still blasting, before getting out and swaggering up to me. Turns out it is the estimator, and he is also the owner! We meet, and I try to tell him what work I would like to have done. But no, this guy keeps inerrupting me and proceeds to tell ME what I need to have painted, how bad the building looks, and how he's the best at what he does. The whole time I can totally smell booze on his breath! He also must have asked me 100 times if I've seen his ads on t.v. and and repeatedly bragged about random and unrelated items. So, long story short, I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional this company's representitve was, and needless to say did not use it's services.
