This place is always crowded with hardly any seating. However the worst problem is the very bad customer service. A sales person made a mistake with insurance on an expensive phone which was stolen and they refused to correct their mistake, therefore costing me hundreds of dollars. The manager was unsympathetic and refused to accept responsibility for the error. I cancelled all my phne accounts as a result.
