Have been in the store several times, of those, one took three hours, but we did finally get one of our phones fixed. Another we spent a couple of hours picking out a replacement phone for our daughter. The last time, I spent (patiently) about an hour waiting for someone, anyone, to talk to me about adding a line. When I finally got to the counter ... I got a rather terse "I cannot help you unless you sign in over there" They had a Que for the Que and no one had the courtesy to hang a take a number sign, or anything like it. So there would have been another couple of hours. Finally got on line, they "Had" to change my plan if I added another line. BS ... I need to find another company.
