This is the worst car wash I have ever gotten in my life. Not only did they not vacuum my car, but after doing it myself, they told me it looked fine. I asked to speak to the manager who refused to tell me his name. I asked for a refund or a credit and they told me no because my car looked fine to them . . . of course it did . . . I had just spent 20 minutes vacuuming it myself! I am convinced they did this on purpose because I declined the $50 hand wax treatment when I arrived. The ticket writer said I had a lot of dead insects on my car so I should get the wax . . . apparently a good pressure wash and scrub at this place can't wash away gnats and mosquitoes. I can't emphasize my negative experience enough. These guys are hustlers, liars and horrible providers of customer service.

This is the letter I sent to the management of the car wash. They never even had the decency to respond.

On January 13th I went to your car wash for a premium wash on my vehicle.

There is scratch on the side of my car (not your guys? fault) that your manger said he might be able to buff it out. He said the guys would use an electric buffer and some wax and I?d see a definite improvement.

This was not the case.

The person taking care of my car not only did not use the electric buffer on my vehicle (as he had promised) but did little to clean the insides. There was dust on the dash and seats. The trunk was never vacuumed and the scratch showed no improvement,

I complained to the manager. He then cleaned the inside (dash and seats) and in a gruff tone, asked if that would suffice.

I left your car was having paid over $50 for a poor job and bad attitude. I think this kind of service should be made aware to people on Yelp (a neighborhood services website) as well as anyone else willing to listen!

I got my car washed there a few days ago, and my husband and I were very impressed. I have been posting reviews on insiderpages for a while now, and just stumbled upon all the crap written here about this car wash. My husband is a car collector and really takes care of his babies...and every time we've taken our cars here, it's been an amazing experience. Everyone from the cashier to the guy who finishes the job is always courteous and sweet. My husband's favorite is the manager. He's such a sweetheart!!! You will not regret taking your car here. ITS RIGHT ON THE CORNER OF FULTON AND VENTURA!

I have several cars and I have been going there at least once a month for the last 3 years. I didn't bother to check their work after they handed me the keys and I gave them tips. Lately, they have been doing lousy job. Like today, I finally decided to check and found several areas inside the car were still dusty so I asked him to clean. He told me that I paid for regular wash and that was what I got. I told him I paid for the 3N1 Plus but even if I had paid for regular wash it should be cleaned anyway. I would completely understand if they were really busy, but today, it was barely 8 cars when I was there. There was another man complained as well. The manager didn't seem to care much. BTW, $2 tips isn't bad for each car, in return I got a bad attitude comment from the employee. Nice way of doing business guys!

I hate this car wash! I came here once and I will never go back. They took forever to wash my car and I wonder why. It was still dirty when they were done. They charged me a little more than other places ive been to. I dont recommend this car wash.
