Despite it's small size, they carry a pretty good assortment of hard to find cheese. We took home several blue cheeses and a manchego. All were just so superior to what you can find at a Trader Joe's or even Whole Foods. I also like that you can pretty much taste whatever you like before you buy. This to me is important since you are paying a bit of a premium. They also have a small selection of crackers, chocolates and gifts for cheese lovers. I make a point of stopping in here every time I'm at Flower Hill mall. My 4 year old says it's stinky inside (hello, it's gourmet cheese) but gets over it immediately after her first sample. I also like that they sell little remnants wrapped in cellophane. It's perfect when you just want a bite or want to try something new but are in a hurry.

Once you buy cheese, you can be in their customer system, where they'll remember the cheeses you buy. So, if you liked something but can't remember what it was, they can pull it up for you. They're also really good at recommending new cheeses if you tell them the types of cheese you typically like. Every cheese I've gotten from them has been in great shape and delicious.

I love cheese and this place does not fail to please. The choices are exceptional but maybe a little overbearing, how do you choose between so much cheese. The helpful staff will help you come to a decision by offering samples of any cheese you like. And not just one, you can have as many samples as you like. They also teach you about wine and beer pairings. The reciept of your purchase has suggestions for ideal wines to drink whilst enjoying your cheese. The prices are a little steep however it is so worth it, also as a lot of it is imported from Europe.
