Horrible!‎
We had just moved to the area and I brought my dog in for an initial exam, a few days later I noticed a coupon on the VCA website for a free initial exam. I asked them about it and they were aware of the coupon, I asked if I could use it for my other dog and they said it's for initial clients, which means I will have to pay for my other dog's initial exam. So they basically wanted the quick money from me and not a long term client. That will be the last time I go there, ever!‎

They FAILED to tell me that the health certificate was $50 they only told me the fee for the vaccines and the consultation. My husband has been unemplyed for a while now, and we are having to pick up and move cross country with my family bc we cannot afford to pay rent. I asked them to cut me a break on the health certificate (a piece of crooked copy paper), and they declined and were very rude about it. They may care for animals but they have no tact or care for human beings.‎

We just rescued our little kitten MeowMeow from a nearby shelter when we unfortunately realized MeowMeow had a disease. We were heartbroken and scared. But they made sure our little Meowerz was okay! And treated her wonderfully! ...
