Dr. Wallen is a cut above‎
Like anything in life, you dont find the best individual in any profession most of the time. But after seeing countless vets that ranged from rude to fine, I searched web reviews looking for more than "fine". After trying Dr. Wallen last fall, I was hooked and knew this lady has that extra instinct about how to care for animals. Recently my older kitty got a UTI and after her follow-up visit last week Dr. Wallen still wasnt convinced it was gone, even after treating her with anti-biotics for 2 weeks. She wants me to bring her in again for no charge to re-check. Im impressed. Prices are typical for the area. If your animal is your baby then go see Dr. Deborah Wallen!‎

The Best Vet in Santa Monica.‎
Our cat became extremely ill and had trouble breathing we received the best care we had ever had from any vet, but that isn't what this review is about. This review is about the personal attention that was not only given to our pet, but to us. My wife and I were extremely upset, we appeared at the SMDCH with tears in our eyes and no appointment after meeting with a specialist the SMDCH had suggested. Dr Deborah Wallen met with us and explained EVERYTHING and said she would consult with the other doctors to create the best treatment plan possible for our cat. SMDC made a tuff time for all of us better. Our cat has a poor prognosis, but is comfortable and happy we have complete trust in the SMDCH.‎
