<b> Overall:</b> once again, we had to take our dog to the emergency room. a little bit of tummy troubles. of course, it was at night, and we were not ready for dog problems, but we knew the right place to go. this emergency pet room is always so great. they listen to our ramblings, and are always so kind and gentle with our dog<br /><br /><b>Value:</b> i suppose there are never any medical bills that are cheap, but in all fairness, they do not gouge you. they always explain all charges before they do the work<br /><br /><b>Service:</b> very nice people. doctors are always very competent<br />

My puppy broke my leg and they were there to help in the middle of the night. Although the bill was out of this world, it wasn't really because of them. It was just my puppy hurt his leg in a severe case. They helped me to break down the cost and help with options for payments. Cause really what can I do but help my lil Trevor no matter what the cost. The even helped me to look for another vet that might be cheaper. In the end I had the surgery he needed done with them and they were so great about the whole thing. Trevor was even a happy boy when I came to get him after his surgery. They were able to cut down the costs a bit so i wouldn't be in major debt. The best part was that they gave Trevor a Brave Patient Award with his picture on it when he left. I will always remember their quick and immediate help for both me and my puppy
