Compassionate and Professional‎
We recently adopted a dachschund from the SPCA and unbenownst to us, he had suffered serious injury from being hit by a car. On his first appointment at the VCA, they were so caring and honest about the state of his health. Unfortunately, his injuries had progressed over the course of a few days from the day we brought him home, and when he went in for his routine check-up, we were told his internal injuries and considering the state of his health, that he wouldnt survive surgery. It was still deeply saddening to find out that it was too late to save him. They were so caring and compassionate, and gave us the chance to say good-bye to the sweet puppy that night. A few days later, they sent us a card sending well wishes and prayers. It was such a kind gesture and it really warmed our hearts. Even though we only had him for a few days, they reminded us that our love for the puppy during his last few days was the greatest gift we could have given him. They are great people!! We are ...
