Don't be fooled by the exterior. The place is a total dump. Dog feces in the corridors, appliances are ancient. Walls are made of paper. To top it all, the management is beyond bad. And I've seen bad... They never ever return your calls, don't give you back your lease and then hold your security deposit without ever telling you what it was for! After we moved out we found out that they have been sued a bunch of times for holding deposits and their license was suspended... In short - criminals out to make a buck. BEWARE.
