Very dishonest and deceiving! !! I purchased a Honda Accord and realized they tacked on $10,000 more to the sticker price. When I called to have the finance manager sit with me and break down the price and threatened to take the car back to them. All I got was it was a mute point and bring it back. So, I did!! I DO NOT recommend anybody to this dealership. They are ripoffs!!!
Very bad experience. The Busines manager, Chris Rodriguex was insulting and condesending, especially after he put extras on our contract that we specificilly said no to. He juggled the sale price of the car to add on extras, like lo jack, theft gaurd. etc, apparently commission items. The financial session was video taped, supposedly for the customer's protection, but these sessions need to be audited and compared to the documents that was the final results. This guy was a fast talking liar. Unfortunately we did not see it until it was too late. I accept the blame, because its was my responsibliity to make sure everything was what was discussed agreed to. Just a warning--"Buyer beware".
Pros : they had a good selections of cars and the sales people treated you with respect.
Cons : Shady business practices--bordering on unethical.
