Excellent Customer Service!!

I have contracted Valley Cities Fence on several instances over the last 5 or so years, and their service is always extraordinary: my sales person (whom I will not name) is always diligent in returning my phone calls, and is able to visit the respective site within a few business days. I have used Valley Cities Fence for my residence in addition to the several businesses that I own. I have found their staff to be friendly, helpful and diligent in follow-up. I would recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a fence. I think that they give free estimates as well.

Worst ever fence company

Stay far away from Valley cities fence. They have the worst business ethic. Three times in a row I told an installer was scheduled to come out to my work and they never showed up. When I called to find out where the installers were, I was told that I wasn't on the schedule. I called and asked why this happened and was told they do not know why and I could only speak to my estimator. This estimator returned my phone call 4 days later and lied me to saying the manufacturer delayed eveything even thiough the day before scheduled installation date, he told me he had just got bak from the manufacturer with my fence. I caught him in a lie. NEVER SOLICIT WORK FROM VALLEY CITIES GONZALES FENCE. Stay far, far away.
