Voted the best, but one of the worst

I am uncertain why this cleaners was voted the best. I've overlooked a number of snafus there--less-than satisfactory alterations (some looked as if a child did them) creased shirts, and unsuccessful techniques at cleaning for which I was charged full price. When a pricey garment was ruined and they refused to make good on it (and were confrontational about it), that was the last straw. Cleaners are known for their tough policies, but this was the worst I've experienced.
