My serch for a place to live was very hard since english is not my 1st language. Utopia always called me back and was very patient with me. I am going to school and did not have a full time job. They worked with me so that I could move into the condo. Other companies did not call me back . This is a very nice, friendly company
I was real happy when I rented a house thru Utopia because they were very good about taking care of my maintance needs. I know they had to contact the owner and wait for a response but they did not leave me hanging out there waiting. They have good techs that called me and came out to do the repair so I was not going the weekend without a kitchen sink.

"I have been renting a very nice house in San Diego for the past year and have just recently bought a house. I wanted people to know that Utopia Management work with the owner of the house to allow me to stay until my house closed escrow. I received my deposit with in the time frame and found them fair with my securtiy deposit. Now that I am a home owner If I ever needed to rent my place I would recommend them and anyone out there that wants to rent you can be assured you will be treated fair
