Five Stars to Johana and Aaron! I have worked with Johana since 10/2010. She has always been accomodating, fair, and very customer oriented. I love my rental home, it runs so smoothly, and I believe this is all due to Johana's efforts! Thanks so much!
Aaron was fantastic in addressing a water heater leak while I was out of town! He was very informative and made sure that the problem was addressed promptly. When I returned home from my vacation, I found my home clean, in good working order and secured. This company has an excellent team working for them!

I have been renting out my home for a couple of years and have not been happy with the management service that I have been receiving. I gave Utopia a chance and they have proved that they can handle the job. I live out of town so I need a manager to keep me up to date and rent out my home quickly. Thank you Utopia for following up and getting the job done!

I am very impressed with Utopia Management! My fiance and I have been looking for a place to rent for months and haven't had any luck with management companies. We found a place on Utopias website that we loved and gave them a call...they were quick to get us scheduled to view the property, very patient will all our questions and got us into our new home in no time! They by far are the best Management company in San Diego that I've come across. Couldn't be happier!!
