I went through the process and then realized that I could have done it for free on the INS site. But then I had several other questions and their customer service helped me. The answer to my question saved me both time and money. Also, the INS doesn't give you the money back if you make a mistake on your application, these guys help you. They treat me well.
If you are trying to become a US citizen, here's some sage advice: Never, ever, ever use uscitizenship.info
My reasons are twofold:
1. You can get all of the forms and information for free at the US Citizenship and Immigration Services website (yes, I'm stupid...I didn't do enough research and paid uscitizenship.info $75)
2. I am convinced that uscitizenship.info is being run by a single man
living in India. Customer service is sorely lacking.
