I was being jerked about the problem with my car not passing the CA smog test. After several wasted repairs and time/money (in excess of $500). It was a simple pvc part. I replaced the part and wholla it passed no problems. These other guys kept me coming back and i'd ask for any clue they would say just show this to the mechanic. There was no mechanic i was a self-do-er.
