Dr. Woods is a wonderful and experienced doctor, however his staff could use a course in customer service or something to that nature.
Each time I call to speak to my doctor, ask a question, ask to speak to the office manager, I hung up on by their receptionist. Maybe they should re-think their staff.

Dr. Ortiz is great, she also has a great staff. Unfortunately the office is to small and you have to wait 4 hours even if you have an appointment. I also hate the fact that their really tiny bathroom is way to close to sitting area. You really don't have any privacy.
Don't even think about stopping by if your sick because you're going to have to wait as long as if you were in a hospital emergency room. Since Dr. Ortiz is really popular there's great demand for her services. Unfortunately, once you are placed in the examination room you have to wait again around 25 minutes for her to stop by and see you. Finally when she comes in she only spends around 6 minutes "I timed it" with you.
PS... Don't ever visit on friday or thrusday in the afternoon because that's when all of the pharma rep's stop by to speak to her and Dr. Woods.

I like Dr. Ortiz and her staff is great but they need a larger office and another doctor or atleast a couple of nurse practioners. Most of all they need a bigger office. with atleast 2 bathrooms.
