Pilates' disciple, Jen has the skills of a top Pilates
instructor. But equally important she is a natural teacher, aware at
every moment about how your body is reacting to the exercises. She knows
how far to push, and she keeps slowly making things more challenging so
that before you know it you can do even the most impossible-looking
exercises. When I came to her I was becoming a hunchback, my neck stuck out from my torso, I had back pain and waddled from carrying 20 pounds
that dieting and Pilates helped me get rid of. Now I stand straight,
walk normally and at 53 have the flexibility I haven't had in 20 years.
