The Lunch packages beats other japanese restaurants around this one. I'm always not 100% loving the service. They're kind of rude, but if you go only for the food, the price and the quality... it is just good stuff. (for better UOKO service, go to the one on 17th street in Santa Ana, better service better server, better people overall. Food taste the same) For dinner, may not be the best choice to go, but lunch... most definitely! go there after 1, and the lunch traffic slows WAY down. But, don't go there past 2PM because they close at that time.‎

Best "J" food in the OC: I am Japanese myself and know good fresh Japanese food when I see and tasted it. This is by far my favorite place to eat, good prices, friendly staff, fast service are just the begining, the real treat is in the freshness of the fish and the quality of the food!! I would recommend UOKO to anyone who loves fresh Japanese food ask I do.
