Awesome Salon in Lake Norman
This salon always has a great atmosphere and the stylists are up to date on their education and their talents are unrivaled. These hairdressers offer the best in hair cuts, hair styles, hair color, highlights and lowlights, keratin smoothing treatments, permanent waves, formal occassion hair, facial and body waxing. You name it - they are good at it.

Wonderful Experience!!
Amber is AMAZING!!! I went in last week to get a hair "makeover". I had really long hair, and brought a picture of a bob hairstyle that I really liked with me. Amber took the time to talk with me, show me color swatches, and even went over how many blonde to brown highlights I wanted. The rest of the staff was very kind, and they worked together like a team.
Amber was so thorough, and told me what she was doing every step of the way. My hair looks wonderful, and I have had so many complements!! Thanks Amber!! :)

Great Salon!
I went to Untangled Salon for the first time last week and saw Cheri. I felt extremely comfortable and felt like she listened to every detail! Even though i just went in for a haircut i left with an amazing cut and an awesome color! i recommend you go see her asap!

GREAT HAIR...GREAT STAFF...GREAT ATMOSPHERE
I have only been into the salon a few times, but every time I have I have been treated with nothing but total and complete respect. The stylists are ALL very talented. The way it works is EVERYTHING about all your haircuts/colors is written down...this way they know what they did last time, and if you need to be squeezed in, just about any of the stylists can replicate it. I've never been to such a "sharing" salon. It makes the atmosphere a lot more light-hearted and fun! The girls are WONDERFUL and the owner has been able to help me transform my horribly damaged hair (from another salon) into EXACTLY what I want!! :-D Love the fact that I can walk in and be completely comfortable detailing exactly what I want done with my hair and that it can be something different every time :)

Bad Ownership
I came into Untangled to get a hair cut. I had not been there before. The girls on staff seem very attentive and talented, yet the "owner" was quite the opposite. I enjoyed my stylist but the negative and very unprofessional comments the "owner" was shouting across the salon made my stomach turn.

I would not recommend any family or friends to Untangled due to the comments and very foul language I experienced that day. I would definitly return if it were ever to go under new management and ownership.
