Greedy Landlord. Never rent‎
I lived there for one year. I feel very bad about this landlord and I will never live there any more. They increased rent crazily every year. They always want to find something to charge you more. They are hostility to their tenants. You cannot use your washing machine. They are keeping coming to your room and inspecting if you damage the carpet and wall. All friends I knew will not renew the lease next year. All of my friends didn't get their deposit back. The landlord will charge you an amount of extra money when you move out( They always can find what you have done in the apartment.)‎

Don't rent!‎
1. The price is not lower than the other companies. One bedroom $580-$595 plus $95 utility Two bedrooms $675-$695 plus $108-$115 utility Three bedrooms $799-$820 plus $143 utility (Utility: gas+water. You have to pay electricity) 2. The UV will increase the price utility at the middle of the lease. (For example, utility for 1 bedroom they have raised from $80/month to $95/month. I don't know how much money increase for utility 2,3 bedroom apartment) 3. When you renew your lease, you still have to pay the rent too high (no negotiation). 4. And UV is located between two cemeteries. So, you can hear a lot of rumors about ghost. Conclusion, turn around, move out...‎

RIP OFF!!!‎
My son lived in one of the apartments. They are OVER-PRICED and shabby to say the least. When I co-signed for the apartment, we weren't permitted to see the actual place he would be getting (should have been a warning). When I moved him in I noticed paint spots on the bathroom floor and on the trim. The oven and stove top had stains as well. The bath tub was sky blue in color and had white stains all over it. He seemed satisfied, so I tried not to comment much. Recently he moved out and out of the $300.00 deposit, they sent a check for $215.00. They deducted $15.00 for a 'dirty oven' - which looks the same way it did when he moved in. And suddenly there are 'stains' on the carpet that they deducted $55.00 for. The other $15.00 was for a broken globe on the ceiling fan in the bedroom. I am the one who moved him out, and know for a fact that there wasn't stains on the carpet and the oven was cleaned out. THEY WON'T DO THE INSPECTION WITH YOU WHEN YOU MOVE OUT ...

Decent Experience
Some people are posting about problems with maintenance here, but I definitely never had that. The pipes got backed up a lot, but maintenance was always there within 24 hours to deal with it. The head of the maintenance office was always ...
