Terrible customer service. Rude phone representatives and poor management. Avoid if possible. Have your doctor use a different company for the reading of x-rays. Very unprofessional.

They have the smartaleciest phone operators/customer service of any company in the louisville area. Absolutely nasty phone reps. Rude beyond belief and not really knowledgeable to even do a simple task of taking payments and crediting said payments. Always wanting to put it off on another employee who may or may not have even taken an earlier call.
