Very impressed with the customer service and meeting the GM Joe Clementi. Joe listened to our needs and was able to get us the car we wanted for the price we could afford. The sales staff went the extra mile to show us everything about the new car.

We purchased a 1998 Honda Accord Ex from University Honda. We brought in the printout of the car as advertised on their web site with it's internet purchase price. We also had the Dealer's True Market Value from edmunds.com. The asking price was very reasonable only $500 above the True Market Value. Though the sales person did try to lure us away from that car by showing other cars, there was no pressure when we stated we wanted the car we came for at the price offered on the internet. The finance approval process and the closing of the deal was also the lowest pressure sales I have ever been involved with! I will definately look to University Honda for any cars I will need to purchase in the future

Pretty bad experience regarding service. No flexibility and do not believe in retaining customers. Even though my car is covered by Honda Care extended warranty, but they told me that even diagnosis will cost you $104. Strange !!!! Never stepping in there again.
