How long is the waiting list. How much are your 2bedroom apartments and how much is the deposit.

Call the maintenance for several months, never showed up. Bugs made my skin really red and itch for several weeks. Paying heating bill for 270 bucks per month due to severe leaking on the floor of the master bedroom, basicly we were heating Detroit. Window is also leaking, doesn't close properly. They said they will replace the window but never happened. Seriously construction problems in this University Club Apt. Even the main entrance door is tearing apart. The main office violate their agreement: it is their job to maintain the property. It was a horrible 1.5 year in this apt.‎

Unprofessional management and maintenance; inexpensive, inefficient building materials, go elsewhere for apartments in mid-town‎

I'll do the good, the bad, and the ugly for this place... The good: Pretty good security, only one incident that I saw while living there 1.5 years, someone got all their tires stolen and car was left on cinder blocks. 1/2 of the office staff is friendly and helpful (but the other 1/2 is terrible). Spacious apartments kept in fairly good condition. The bad: Maintenance is overworked so you have to call like 10 times before anything gets done. Parking is limited. The grounds are not kept well.... trash, beer bottles, cigarette butts, etc... The ugly: Bedbugs! Gross. My roommate and I started waking up with itchy red welts that lasted almost two weeks. We searched all over for bugs and couldn't find any. We bombed the place with bug bombs, washed EVERYTHING we owned, had the exterminator out several times... STILL were getting bit. Then we found one of the little devils. Yep, it was a bed bug. Then we found 2 more and we knew we were screwed. They are hell to get rid of so we ...
