My son attended this school fro quite sometime. He did not learn to swim whatsoever but this was the least of the problems at this place. They did not enforce proper swim diapers. My son got a SEVERE BACTERIAL INFECTION from their pool. I immediately withdrew him. They continued to charge my credit card for several months even after filling out SEVERAL withdrawal forms. When we called them they gave my husband and I the runaround, the avoidance treatment, and promised to refund over 300 dollars which they fraudulently stole from me. Needless to say, I am reporting them to the health board, better business bureau, and taking them to small claims court. I HOPE THIS PLACE IS SHUT DOWN!!! I am a small business owner and would NEVER treat my customers the way I was treated here. Go to the city of coral springs there swim program is MUCH better!‎

Very bad school! The instruction was "OK" but customer service is horrible. They take months and months to credit my account $25 for a referral, they ignore me when I contact them about make-ups and when I cancel my service they say they need to charge me for another month because I didn't cancel 30 days in advance. Then on top of that double charge they throw in an extra $78 basically triple charging me for 2 classes that my son attended ($234 for 2 classes)!!! If you want mediocre instruction (as the city of Coral Springs pool had better instruction) that is waaaayyyy overpriced then US Swim Academy is the place...‎
