The offer that is sent is misleading... they offer you a credit card but in reality they are not giving you a credit card, they are offering you a card membership for you to buy through their website. The $37 will be refunded only when you buy and become a member.

Please do not be tricked by Union Workers Credit Services. They asked me to send them $37.00 for a $10K credit limit. They withdraw the funds in December but they did not send me any credit card. This is a total SCAM!!!
