1. I called Union City Windshield Shop about 10 minutes after they closed. Nevertheless, Tony answered the phone and was extremely polite and knowledgeable.
2. He gave me quote of $150 out the door. And the glass was NOT made in China. Compare that to the $379 quote I got a few minutes earlier from the really big auto glass company that advertises on TV
3. I got an appointment for the same day. The other big company said "in a couple of days".
4. As I drove up to their shop (1277 Atlantic Street, Union City), a pleasant employee was waiting for me outside, clipboard in hand. Paperwork was done in a minute and I was offered to wait in their office or relax at a nearby coffee house. I chose to wait in the office.
5. They estimated 60 to 90 minute wait, but just 20 minutes later, in walks Tony with my keys! After showing me the installation and going over the cautions of waiting a few days before a car wash, etc., I was out the door 35 minutes after I showed up.
6. Tony was exceptionally courteous, and, like all the other employees, was very professional.
7. What’s not to like? I will recommend them to all my friends.

I called on a Monday with some basic questions... The gentleman on the phone was friendly, informative, and most important, PATIENT!!! He answered all of my questions, gave me a quote over the phone which was a LOT cheaper than I expected it to be, and told me that the turnaround time would be 2-3 hours.
